An agentic workflow backbone. Configured back-offices for electrical, plumbing, GC, and HVAC contractors — assembled from a catalog of twelve module types.

HARNESS is not a chatbot bolted onto a CRM. It is the plumbing: an intent-routed mesh of scheduler, dispatch, estimate, billing, and compliance agents that absorb the back-office work a shop lead used to do on three flip phones and a pegboard.

Each agent has a narrow job and a clear seam. The foreman stays in charge. The software carries the water — it does the coordination, the rekeys, the reconciliations. It does not try to be the contractor.

Currently forward-deployed inside two electrical shops, one plumbing, one GC. Pilots in HVAC queued for Q3.
